Ingredients: Burdock root (w), Sheep sorrel (o),
Slippery elm bark (w), Turkey rhubarb root (o).
Directions: Use 10 g (1 tablespoon) per 1 litre pure spring water.
Boil for 10 minutes. Cool. Store in glass bottle in fridge.
Dose: 30ml herbal tea diluted in 60 ml hot water, taken before bed or on rising.
